The Next Morning…

(Saturday)

We left for Mo. right after the kids got out of school.  It worked out nicely ‘cause the kids had off Friday and Monday, so they missed 5 days out of the 11 days total we were gone.  My parents have kept all of my stuffed animals and my brother’s from growing up, along with some toys here and there.  So they brought all the boxes and bags upstairs and poured it all over the floor and had the kids have at it.  They all screamed in unison, “WHOA!!!”

They let the kids take home whatever toys they wanted and one or two dolls.

We had a slow, relaxing morning and then got ready to go to the Science Center.  I still can’t believe all these places are free.

We were so bummed.  We drove all the way to the science center to find out it closed early.  It was getting late, so we decided we’d just enjoy the parks nearby.  The weather was gorgeous!

Ok… Seriously?  My Dad and Mike are one and the same.  I know you can’t tell, but these are HUGE bowls and these guys used every inch of space.  Mine is the one in the back.  hee hee.
